Anna Bolender is a Certified Holistic Health & Embodiment Coach, dancer, and dance teacher. Dance and movement have always been an important part of Anna's life. Born and raised in Germany, she started training and competing in Rhythmic Gymnastics when she was seven years old and won various competitions, including the German Championship, during her 13-year journey in this sport.
Anna discovered her passion for cardio dance in 2016 as a way to bring together both dance and fitness. She has been teaching DRENCHED! — a fun and sweaty all-levels cardio dance class — since 2020. Dance continues to be Anna’s biggest passion and she loves sharing that with others in her class!
BAILEY
YOGA
-
Bailey Crowder has been a lover of yoga for the past ten years. She came into her own yoga practice after many years of studio dance and weight training. It was the perfect compliment to her more grueling workouts and helped her even more when she started a corporate desk job. Mobility is a key focus in her practice.
Bailey has a passion for creating a space of connection, creativity, and calm. "It is so important to me to hold a space for everyone at every level. Beginner to advanced. In this busy world, we all need that space for play and expression.”
ANNABELLE
YOGA
-
My aim in teaching yoga is to provide a safe space for students to thrive. My classes are inspired by breath connection and body alignment. I obtained my 200hr RYT and am now working on my 500hr RYT. My classes incorporate the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh (and others alike), the philosophy of yoga, and the neuroscience that coincides with the practice of yoga. Expect to move your body in dynamically new ways during this self-love practice.
